Working within a trio of chalets (up to 22 guests) as part of a team of 8, you’ll run an efficient, organised kitchen –not only by cooking, but also through menu design, stock control, budgeting and maintaining the highest standards of hygiene. In addition to catering, duties include: supervising and managing the other members of the team within the 3 chalets. Above all else, to ensure that the highest standards of customer service are met.

These positions are ideal for those nannies only wishing to go overseas for a short period, looking after children from 3 to 12 years. Nannies are not expected to ski with children or teach skiing.
